How it Works

Getting Started

Follow these steps to start using our email automation system:

Step 1: Setting up SendGrid

  1. Sign up at Twilio/SendGrid
  2. After logging in, you'll be directed to SendGrid Dashboard
  3. Click on "Marketing" and create a new sender email
  4. Provide authentication information
  5. Verify your email using the verification link sent by SendGrid
  6. Go to Settings and create a new API key
  7. Copy the API Key (keep it secure, you won't be able to see it again)

Step 2: Configuring Your Account

  1. Go to your Profile in our system
  2. Paste your SendGrid API key in the API configuration field
  3. Enter your verified sender email address
  4. Click Update to verify the configuration
  5. A test email will be sent to verify your setup
