Getting Started
Follow these steps to start using our email automation system:
Step 1: Setting up SendGrid
- Sign up at Twilio/SendGrid
- After logging in, you'll be directed to SendGrid Dashboard
- Click on "Marketing" and create a new sender email
- Provide authentication information
- Verify your email using the verification link sent by SendGrid
- Go to Settings and create a new API key
- Copy the API Key (keep it secure, you won't be able to see it again)
Step 2: Configuring Your Account
- Go to your Profile in our system
- Paste your SendGrid API key in the API configuration field
- Enter your verified sender email address
- Click Update to verify the configuration
- A test email will be sent to verify your setup
